Hillside in Seattle - updated and well appointed.

The property is located in a great area and makes it convenient to get anywhere in Seattle. BUT is was very dirty when we arrived. Hair clumps, cobwebs, and even a couple of friendly spiders lying around. The unit has also seen some damage since these pictures were taken. Scuff marks on the walls, water damage on the ceiling, chunks out of the flooring, and more. The host is very communicative and was quick to offer re-cleaning the unit but by then I had already cleaned things in order to make my family comfortable. It just sucks that I paid a cleaning fee and had to clean the unit myself.

Nice location. and Mr Vince who was in charge of the property was very helpful and would reply immediately if you have any inquiries. Would recommend this place.

It would be nice if the Bathroom would have a separate shampoo, liquid soap and conditioner. Instead of 3 in one Soap with no holder in the wall. I was charge twice amounting to P26, 165.03 (USD 449.34) and P31,065.07 (USD 533.49) . although my USD 1,000.00 was reversed today Oct 31, 2023. Hoping that the USD 533.49 will be reversed as well. Mr Vince has processed immediately to refund my extra payments.

Absolutely nothing

Have almost everything we need (we have 6 people). And the place is very clean.

One of our neighbors was doing Karaoke at 4 am. Interestingly, she only bothered the people who lived in the main bedroom. The other two rooms weren't affected.

Had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay

Furniture is different for 6 adults.

Great stay at the property. Close to Seattle's landmarks. Great place to relax at the end of the day. The host was excellent, and made sure that everything was okay from the beginning til the end of our stay
