Contemporary Condo in Central Biltmore

Very comfortable queen size bed. Kitchen was nice and bathroom too.. Couch was comfortable. Great bargain for us. Recently remodeled nicely. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Pool had ALL broken and unusable LOUNGE HAIRS including the table. Most likely the fabric-like coverings deteriorated from the hot Arizona sunshine Lock on the door needs fixed. Screws loose. Front door needed replaced. Booking the condo was not easy as the management kept sending me emails that we needed to pay and it was paid in full as we booked it just a few nights prior to arrival. I called the contact number and asked to have them stop sending multiple emails a day that I need to make my payment. The company agreed x2 I paid in full and the emails were most likely automated. They said they would stop the automation of emails but I kept getting them until I check in the condo with a late arrival.
