Le standing mis en avant n'était malheureusement pas au rendez vous. Le sèche serviette de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, la Vmc de la douche et le mini frigo non plus. La piscine du spa et du jacuzzi à peine tiède. Le beau bâtiment art déco qui caractérise l'hôtel ne concerne qu'en fait que quelques chambres et certaines parties communes (bar, salle du petit déjeuner etc.). La majorité des chambres sont en fait dans deux autres bâtiments tout neufs et sans charme. Il faut donc braver le froid de l'extérieur le matin pour aller profiter du petit déjeuner ou du spa. Points positifs : l'amabilité du personnel et la brasserie 205 qui est vraiment de qualité.
The property is beautiful but the service is poor
Le lieu est magnifique, les chambre très agréable ainsi que le restaurant. Seul Bémol, les serveurs du restaurants ne sont pas très agréables et souriants...dommage !
Tres belle expérience....rien a dire ni sur le site ni sur le personnel lorsque tous les travaux seront terminés le lieu sera exceptionnel....
