"Disaster! "

This stay was a disaster and I am trying to get my money back but getting response from them it's just detached customer service servicing many other properties and they don't care. I booked a two bedroom apartment. One bedroom was OK. The other bedroom was left in a pile of pillows and duvet, bed not made, no bedding, no sheets. I contacted the property and they promised to bring the sheets the next morning. (What about TONIGHT?) They did not. So we could only use one bedroom and the other person had to book a hotel cause there were no sheets, nothing we could make the other bed with, even if we wanted. All the equipment was brand new and not connected - hotels.com listing has laundry facilities in this place. There was a washing machine not even connected to the water. There was a coffee machine and sandwich grill all still with store security tags on the plugs. I asked for an iron and ironing board the first night we checked in. They brought it the night before we were checking out so no use. Also, the ironing board wasn't even unpacked from the store packaging. It's a shame, the apartment could be very nice. But it is obviously not ready for guests and not finished setting up. The biggest problem, of course, that we booked a two bedroom apartment and got one bedroom cause they were not bothered to give us sheets, so the other person just spent the 2 nights in the hotel. And we asked for the sheets right after check-in (around 7 pm) and they arrived 24h later.
