Juniper Furnished Apartments

Place was nice, ample room, and clean. However, some of the communication/instructions they sent were not very clear and could be done better. Specifically - the parking lot location (they referenced a 'site map', but no map was sent or linked). Also the instructions for the door code weren't great - they sent a code but didn't instruct us to hit the 'check' key after the code, so we sat there entering the code repeatedly. Last but not least, we notifed West Homes that we couldn't get the Smart TV on, they tried to help by suggesting things we had already tried, and didn't do anything else about it after we told them that it still wasn't working. So, 3 night stay without any television.
