The 505 Eugene

This is a terrific place in a very centrally located part of the city. The only issue we had was no ADA accessibility- at least none we could locate. It's a 24-stair walk up to the apartments and that's great if you are young, healthy and can lug a giant suitcase up 24 stairs. Being a skoch older and with major back issues, it was very taxing. Outside of that, everything about the place was great.

The location is walkable to many restaurants and the park. However, it is VERY loud with the nearly constant trains. Obviously there’s nothing that can be done about the noise. The apartment was pretty well equipped and even had a hot spring for pour overs. The biggest issue was the crooked floors. So, if you have problems with vertigo, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great neighborhood with a lot of walkable dining options. Clean with easy communication with staff!

To keep this short, the place was extremely purpose forward. It had everything you’d need to stay a few days, as long as you can stand the constant train noise across the road. They attempted solutions for this, but they were somewhat inadequate. Finishing the place is tricky as well, but the owner communicated back quickly.

Really enjoyed my stay at The 505! It was clean with nice decor and very spacious, especially for the price. Super easy walk to the Amtrak station (less than a block).

Great location with walking distance from restaurants. Also very clean, I highly recommend it!

Property had all mod cons, and toiletries. It's a 1 flight walk up. If you're a light sleeper, they provide ear plugs, due to occasional train noise at night.
