I was excited about the art deco style of the property so I ofcourse expected it to be a cool place to stay... It wasn't. I had a room in the basement section of the property. It had a comfortable bed and that was the extent of the amenities. There was one cup, one glass, some utensils... All that was fine with me because it was just me there, but then I had to contend with a giant roach and when I reached out for assistance, I was told that it was normal in Atlanta to have roaches in your apartment and that the roach was probably trying to get out... Huh? The they said if I wanted to, I could go find a store to purchase a roach spray and they'll reimburse me for it. I was at a loss for words... Not only do you provide less than the bare minimum, it's my responsibility to exterminate roaches in the place?? Wow.

When I chose this for my vacation I was under the impression that they were four units and that they all had balconies however when we get there it’s not a two-story building but a three-story building with a basement level the back entrance stinks of sewage we proceed to our room only to find there is no balcony. Parking in the rear of the building is very hard to maneuver and for 24 hours it cost $20.75 there is free parking on the street but good luck. The room appeared great on first glance however the longer I was there the more I noticed. The bathroom is really big but why do you need all that room when there is no where to store any belonging since the sink was hanging from the wall no cabinet or counter, one very small round mirror over the sink for the whole place there were shelves but over next to the shower. It took forever to get hot water to the shower and the water pressure was horrible. The containers that hold the complimentary shampoo, soap, lotion fell off the handicap rail and smashed my foot causing bruising and a cut. The kitchen was nice and furnished except there were no cups or glasses. The bed sucked we continuously rolled into the middle of the mattress because the bed frame was not right for the mattress size. There was glitter everywhere from who knows how many guest before and it looked like the rug had never been vacuumed. I will not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The unit was not properly cleaned before my stay with wet bedding left for hours in the washing machine. I was asked by the property manager to rewash it. The manager declined to adjust the cost of my stay, and asked me to invoice them for the laundry expenses.

No on-site staff, hallways have a horrid smell. You can hear what the person is doing above and beside you. Do not recommend

It was nice

The door did not open with the code given. We called and no one answered. It took 30 min to get a new code to come into a dirty apartment that had not been cleaned. Building was decent but smelled like weed

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT BAD ROACH PROBLEM ON TABLE TOP & UNDER SINK! ALSO SEEN IN BATHROOM MADE MY STAY UNCOMFORTABLE! FOR EVERYTHING ELSE GREAT LOCATION NEAR EVERYTHING!

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was very quiet and very clean unit. Customer service was very helpful and provided me with everything that I needed. I will be staying there again my next visit to Atlanta

No checking details. There were other people their arrival that had not received an email on directions to enter the property or their room. Sink was backed up and never got tended to. Bed was a disaster. Cheap thin sheets in which the bed sheet never stayed in the bed. Front door to the property is a liability as it never locks properly and has some sort of duct tape holding the code box in place. Air conditioner was loud and made odd noises throughout the night.

Great stay. Close to everything & it was super easy to check in
