Great location, surrounding area & complex were very quiet. My only complaints were (1)that most of the elevators were out of service and we had to walk upstairs with our suitcase and (2) the hallways are really dim making me feel a bit nervous at night and (3) the pool needs some care - nonslip lining was coming off and pool could be cleaner. This rating would have been higher but I had to go get my own paper towels & water that was not provided as per the listing.

Had a great stay at this place. Location was great for our trip to NRG stadium. Place was really nice and felt like a home. The bed was not very comfortable but we wete not plsnning to do much sleep.

The host was kind & helpful. Overall the entire stay was nice and peaceful. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Improvements that could be made - More Tv options and the sofa could be more spacious and comfortable.

"STAY AWAY"

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Seller makes you send them some ridiculous “damage deposit” outside of hotels website (Zelle or PayPal) and will not give you the info until you do. (Late btw, I had to contact hotels just to get her to text me.) Will say it’s refundable but that is a LIE. Now I have a case open with PayPal trying to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.

We’ve stayed at this location for the past 3 HSSR. We love the parking garage. We haven’t gotten to use the pool, but it is beautiful! The apartments have all been comfortable and clean. Very modern.
