Very nice apartment and super close to everything in downtown Sanford. Comfy bed and all the amenities. Owners are very nice and fast to respond to any questions. We would stay again!

What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed.

"Peace during a storm "

Had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton. Arrived at the front porch, met with Eliana very pleasant, the house was very clean and is comfortable.

Very clean. Had everything we needed to cook. The location is very easy walking to historic downtown. We never used the car to get around. The owners are gracious and communicative pre/post stay. Highly recommend!
