We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had nice amenities. Loved the safety of the building. Great location as well, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions.
Easy walk to Space needle and Pike Place markets
Property was in a good location and felt close to a lot of the tourist attractions. Check in/check out was a bit confusing. I was contacted by two different people with instructions. I would be told to contact the other person if one of them couldn’t answer my question. Communication took longer than expected. Parking is easy and accessible. They have cameras everywhere so if you don’t wait for the garage to close they will charge you a big fee. It was an ok stay overall.
It was perfect and close to Climate Pledge arena about 4-5 minutes by car which perfect and what we were in the area to do. Beautiful little apartment and felt very safe security wise.
USVery nice apartment close to everything we were interested in. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub, secure front entry, pool and rooftop view.
Owner was accessible and responsive. The location was key and the private parking a plus. Living room furniture was not very comfortable; cookware and utensils were higher standard than usual. Overall a great stay.

The suite lived up to expectation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The venue was in easy walking distance of Seattle enter with Space Needle and many attractions. Also only a short walk to Waterfront. There is an indoor pool , a gym and a communal lounge. For us it was ideal vacation spot.
USLocation was convenient -- walkable to Pike Place Market, downtown, the ferry, and lots of things we wanted to see.
After Vince sent me a message thanking me for leaving the place "in great condition" and asking me to leave a review, I discovered I'd been charged an extra $80. This was with no invoice, no communication, no mention from Vince at all. Backstory: I had let him know that a clay bathmat was broken (and I 100% believe it was broken before our arrival; it didn't make a sound when my average-weight husband stepped onto it but just fell into two pieces) and he thanked me for letting him know. Then he sent the message thanking us for taking good care of the place and asking for a positive review. (And I do take pride in always leaving a rental completely clean and tidy.) THEN I was notified by my credit card (not by Vince) of the charge. I messaged Vince and at that point he said he would send an invoice. Eighty dollars. For a bathmat. That we could not possibly have broken. There was absolutely tons of communication when it came to arranging the key hand-off, and a complete PDF booklet of all the rules, regulations, and punitive charges possible in the apartment building, so this sneaky surprise bill was not something I was expecting. (The PDF even stated that if anything was broken, to let Vince know, and it would not be a problem.) If I hadn't checked my credit card statement, I would likely never have known he'd charged me. Other, lesser issues: * Arriving by plane to a big, unfamiliar city and having to meet the owner at a pre-arranged, very specific time -- not a window, but more like 4:00 on the dot or you'll be charged a fee -- was NOT easy. This added considerable stress to the start of our trip.
