Lincoln Park Boutique Hotel

What a fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful place and the nicest people ever. Just excellent.

Great property in a convenient location. Parking was frustrating in that the public did not honor the reserved hotel spaces when visiting the adjacent pub.

Clean and quiet

Our stay was absolutely great! The property is well maintained and had most everything you could need. My only critique would be that the pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. I typically bring my own, but didnt this time. The communication with staff was wonderful and extremely quick. We would absolutely stay again!

Very nice inside the room but confusing on where to park. Also it's located on a street that seemed to have a ton of closed shops and was run down.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Tons of walkable food, breweries and shopping. Very clean and new looking. For me the only 2 downsides were parking: there is a lot, but people going to the burger place next door clearly use it and with street parking metered it was less than ideal. The other was if you like an extra firm mattress you are in luck… not my cup of tea. All of that said, it was a pretty great experience.

Everything was pretty great, except the smell in the room was nauseating. I know they don’t allow smoking, but obviously whoever was in that one had been smoking. Then, when they tried to cover up the combination of the two things made it worse

Terrible communication, made things more difficult than necessary. Didn’t get the check-in information, so I called and got a text with instructions, but still couldn’t access the lobby and my 3 year old needed to use the restroom. After the initial call it was all voicemail and no calls back. Tried to reach out a few more times to make sure they had my car information and they don’t answer either of the listed phone numbers. Left voice messages and never got a call back. This is terrible if they claim to be a boutique hotel, they should be even better about the small things. If you only have a keypad at the entrance, at the very least they need to ensure someone answers the phone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Lincoln Park district. Nice options for dining all within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, quiet and secure. Our room was so clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again.
