The Cove at Boynton Beach

The apartment is right by the front gate. The residents there have no respect for anyone. Loud bass music coming in and out of the gate all day and night. On the last night a resident ran through and broke off the arm for the gate and took off. A resident riding a loud mini bike all over the place and in and out of the gate. Not a good place to stay at all.

The unit itself was spacious, nicely renovated, and clean. The furniture and decor were clean and minimal, but uncomfortable (bed, couch, chairs, bang knee on table repeatedly). The complex itself was so-so. Having only remote [delayed] contact with management, while fairly quick to reply, wasn’t reassuring. The unit itself needed maintenance. Overall, not bad, but not great either.

Foi muito boa, mas infelizmente ficamos 3 dias sem água quente no chuveiro/banheiro porque o boiler estava quebrado. Depois nos trocarem de quarto e correu tudo bem.

My only complaint was the smoke smell not sure if it was coming from outside or the inside the apartment

Apartment was dirty. Floors were sticky and thr furniture was uncomfortable. The sofa was very worn and stained, the arms and sides looked like it had been clawed by a cat.The tv's and remotes didnt work probably and no tv in the master bedroom. The day we checked in there was abeeping smoke detector going off all night. The kitchen was supplied with dishes that had food particles on them and no oven mit or dish cloth. Washer and dryer are deafening. The area rug under the dirty coffee table is all wrinkled up and my friend tripped on some lose threads an got hurt. Im at the er with her now to c if her wrist is broken. I also suggest some night tables would b an improvement, i have a c-pap machine and the tree stump night stand doesnt cut it. They should have their maintenance people do repairs when people r not staying there.

Reasonable location, about 10 minute drive to the beach but not much that is walkable. Pet friendly which is nice but not a lot of pet friendly places surrounding it. Decent supplies for a family vacation. good base from which to venture out. Friendly staff- shout out to Ricky and James.
