It was a beautiful apartment with lovely sea views. It was very clean and tidy with easy access to the town and beach.

It's very noisy at night. Not a specific problem with the apartment itself, but people running up and down the stairs drunk. Slamming doors and somebody repeatedly smoking pot. These are all things that are out of the owners control, and I appreciate that, but it did make it quite difficult to sleep.
