"High quality and relaxing property"

Comfortable and well appointed 2 bedroom flat in a great location 5 minutes from the city centre. The Elliot Oliver team were proactive in reaching out to check that everything was ok and going well.

The two bedrooms are small, but comfortable. A potential drawback is if you are on the side of the bed near the window and want to get up during the night. The bed is very close to the wall and you need to nimbly climb over your partner to get out. Not a problem if you’re mobile but we had two 80 year old relatives with us.

"So close to being wonderful"

Flat was very clean and well presented.and in a great location. Free allocated parking right outside was a great bonus. Check in was easy and the correspondence was first class Inside the apartment block is very quiet

Electric showers were a bit of a let down.- they are not powerful enough and difficult to control the temperature. Both bedrooms are on the small side and with very little space between the foot of the bed and wall to move around the bed

"Well appointed Cheltenham apartment"

We had a 3 night stay in this apartment.Very well appointed for all amenities in town. It was clean and well furnished. Beds comfy too.Kitchen well equipped for a short stay. Good wardrobe space but could have done with a small chest of drawers for small items of clothing. Only drawers are bedside tables.Lovely bathroom but a power shower would have been more enjoyable. Good to have a parking space too.

"Great location -comfort and style but compact rooms"

Parking was key. Location was good. Easy to access. Clean and bright

The bedrooms were compact! The end of the bed was against the wall so you had to climb over the bed to get the other side. This is what detracted from the "luxury" rating

"Excellent location, ideal for most of cheltenham, very close to town centre."

Clean and the rooms being a distance apart, kitchen well equipped. Loved the table and spacious lounge area.

No knives for cutting veg and cheese, No air con, was very loud when window opened at front of property. Position of heater keep getting legs stuck or bashing legs when needing the toilet in the night.

"Overall a lovely stay"

Great location and I liked to modern interiors

The kitchen was ill equipped. Could have done with the following More than 1 kitchen towel Salt & pepper Cleaning spray for the worktops
