Stylish Five star rated apartment

I didnt like nothing as we were cancelled on arrival after asking about the safety if the area, as myself and daughter, whos Autistic were travelling solo and needed to feel safe, from this he didnt even show us the room, as he sensed a bad vibe and he cares enough to cancel - ridiculous

The host was rude and unprofessional,uncaring and unempathetic -,he cancelled without showing us around and left us in the middle.of Manchester with no accommodation, fully aware that I had a vulnerable child with me - not great, one very unhappy customer

Very little to recommend about this property. Bed was clean. Generally in the area we wanted to be for a concert in the evening.

Strong smell of damp in the entrance area. Bathroom very poor overall, sink and toilet both poorly repaired, bath had a large gap between bath and tiles. Also the blind was broken and hung down. Curtains didn’t fit lounge windows and wouldn’t close properly. Large plug unit dangling down from tv in bedroom. Very basic property overall.

Very bad. Incredibly bad. Broken basin, old and dirty beddings, sound proof bad. You can hear every sound made by upstairs at night. Can not sleep well. Difficult to check in. Hotel does not reply email. Never book through Booking.com, because it does not care the client, it can only forward your message to the hotel and no communication with you. It’s totally no useful at all.

Communication was a challenge. We did not receive any communication from the host on how to access the apartment. We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. We had the hosts phone number by then and he graciously drove the few blocks to pick us and our luggage up and brought us to the location. The day before leaving I messaged a request on where to leave the keys when we left the following day but didn’t receive a response until we were already at the air port. The property itself is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy access to the bus and a 15 minute walk to a small grocery and a few restaurants. If you like Indian food you must try Safire Restaurant and Grill! One thing to note regarding the shower is that the shower door has a gap at the bottom and water splashes out into the floor, door and wall. We used a dedicated towel for outside the shower to keep the water contained. Finally, if you are taller that 5’ 5” you will not be able to stretch out fully in the bed. My husband is 5’ 11” and had to sleep on his stomach with feet over the footboard or on his side with his legs curled up.
