Spacious 1 Br Lincoln City Centre Amenities, free Parking

Not much frankly. There were no towels. However, they were supplied once we notified the proprietor.

The noise due to the location on a busy main road and from the flat above. The general shabby state of the place (peeling wallpaper and cheap DIY fixes). The view of builders materials and an old bath from the tiny bedroom. This accommodation is not spacious as advertised. We felt like we were staying in a run-down student house. Absolutely NOT value for money and no refund offered on complaint.

The flat had everything you needed for a short stay. The heating worked once I switched the boiler onto heating. The oven worked well too. Nice to have tea, coffee and sugar on arrival. TV had Netflix and all the other subscribing services you have to use your own sign in to use them. Lots of mirrors in all rooms.

It looks awful from the road very run down. Parking is hit and miss as to where you'll find a space. We parked in the side street. We weren't able to get parked on the front. The door lock on the internal door inside is loose. The smell of air freshener upon entering was awful that faded after a few hours. The bed is a double and quite small but comfortable. Not much room to walk around it. The toaster wasn't working right. I cooked 2 slices of toast but when trying to cook 2 more the toaster kept popping up I had to hold the button down to cook it. Not sure if this was because it was hot 🤷🏻‍♀️ tap in kitchen sink very wobbly, the kitchen is just worn but serviceable. The outside back yard is awful and needs attention. The milk pods that were left for us on arrival were all out of date in March.

I don't have any complaints. The flat had everything we needed, we wanted something just to sleep in and enough space for a travel cot and it did not disappoint. We used the oven, tv and the bath, all met expectations. It's a budget flat but doesn't feel it. We really enjoyed our stay.

The parking outside but can't really do much about that! Would have been helpful to know where to park if we couldn't outside the flat.

Very comfortable bed and roomy flat. Host had left a care package, very handy.

oven thermostat had been damaged. I put pizzas in at 180, and they were burnt within 5 mins!! when I next used it I set it 80 degrees by lower than recommended, and it was about right!!

Within its category it was great. The host provided lots of things above the basics. Towels and bedding were good, but including shower gel and shampoo, washing up liquid, blue roll, olive oil, salt and pepper are often forgotten, but they provided it. The kitchenware was more than good enough. The size was good. We were pleased with it. At the weekend you can park for free on the road immediately outside the property and the road is wide enough the car was safe from being scratched or hit.

The entire apartment is cozy with all sorts of basic amenities readily available for convenience. The stay was exceptionally comfortable. There are even convenience stores within a short distance for everyday needs, and it's a short bus ride away from the town center.

Parking nearby was quite difficult.
