The Turret- the best view in Folkestone

Great location in a grade II listed building with a fantastic view of the Channel and the coast of France beyond. Well placed for local facilities and shops with good restaurants nearby and the oldest pub in Folkestone just round the corner. A short stop to unload at the door then easy parking at the NCP car park for under £4 per day before a short walk past the church back to the Turret entrance. Perfect for a 3 day stay or longer if you have the time.

Not at all responsive to any of my messages via Booking.com. I ended up being able to resolve my issue on my own but had I not, then the absolute radio silence would have led to me cancelling. It’s also very expensive relative to a hotel stay, and I know you are paying for the uniqueness of the property and the location but it’s right at the edge of acceptable.

Fabulous location and view to die for. Easy entry instructions. Lots of steps, so not for the unfit 😂
