Coffee and biscuits provided were appreciated . We cooked our own breakfast. Location perfect for us for local wedding. Quality of furniture, bed & bedding and kitchen fittings/ crockery etc very good.

Couldn’t get the grill to work but didn’t persist…. Cooked bacon in frying pan ! Needed instructions manual for dishwasher as we only needed a short wash and the codes kept putting in on a very, very long cycle. Needed a slip-mat in the bath and toilet seat was mis-aligned.

Location was great. Kitchen was beautiful. Decor was lovely. Had everything we needed for a comfortable home from home stay. Spotlessly clean!. Master bedroom was lovely comfy king size bed and beautiful en suite.

Bedroom 2 would have been better with a bed to match the one in the master bedroom as a king not a double. But the room was beautifully decorated.

The location is excellent. Easy walk to the train station and city centre, pubs and restaurants and next to a beautiful park - it just couldn’t have been any better
