The Workshop

Every detail was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The property was very close to the train station and city centre. The staff were friendly, and the place had everything we needed.

We were all very satisfied with the property and are planning to come back again. One thing that could be improved is that one of the beds was quite noisy, which woke us up every time we moved. Also, the glasses and water had an unpleasant smell.

Location was excellent,lovely friendly staff when picking up the keys .Workshop was exceptionally well furnished.

Heating was a little temperamental WiFi didn’t work well

The oven didn’t work, we reported this on the Friday ( second day )of our stay The freezer was ice bound, so clearly hadn’t been checked prior to our arrival The parking arrangement was unusual, we were asked to pay for this as cash locally, whilst this meant that we were able to park our car very close to the accommodation, we also found that other vehicles were parked equally close, on one occasion blocking our vehicle in and on another across much of our front door hampering access.

The location was terrific. The host was exceptionally helpful and very quick in answering questions over the app. The place was decorated really nicely and had a great home away from home feel. Lots of great amenities, the coffee machine was great.

The cleaning could have been a bit better, while the sheets and towels were wonderfully bright and clean, the bed throw looked a bit dirty. (I never like things that aren't cleaned regularly, like decorative throws and pillows). Kitchen table was sticky, like it hadn't been wiped before we got there. Freezer needs a good defrost! Tops of pendant lamps really dusty. But it wasn't a deal-breaker everything else was really nice.

Everything. Comfortable, quiet, great location. Would stay again.

Would have liked a mirror in the bedroom & a lower one in bathroom. Dishcloth in kitchen. Only very minor things.

Great location and good value

Shower room basin a little small but a minor inconvenience that didn’t detract from the enjoyment of our stay.

Well renovated, spacious property with lovely first floor reception room.

Small step down into kitchen, steps down into bedroom 2. Potential trip hazards - might have been better to have got the builders to level the ground floor? Small details missed - all the mugs were stained (rinsed rather than properly washed?); the sofa hadn’t been vacuumed; the kitchen soap dispensers were nearly empty; the property was chilly were we arrived and no guidance about how to reset the heating was given.
