Ashview 2 - Heathrow - Thorpe Park - Free Parking

The flat was very neat and tidy, excellent location. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was fitted with everything you need. Access was very easy with the video provided. Parking was easy, we sat on the balcony in the evening, it was very relaxing. Felt like we were in the countryside.

common areas was a bit messy, someone had left the main front door open so assume the leaves and dust had blown in. Likely the cleaners would be coming on soon.

The apartment was a good size and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The property is right in the heart of the city, yet it's peaceful with no disturbances — offering great privacy. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.

However, there were a few downsides. The balcony wasn’t clean, and the Wi-Fi connection frequently disconnected from the TV, which was frustrating. It would also be helpful if the hosts provided some basic household items like washing detergent and other essentials.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The balcony was a welcome bonus as was the ample off street parking.

The 10 am check out time was a little early

Shower was cold all the time.

Very clean and all things you could possibly need are included. Bed is huge!

The property was spotless but there was a few hairs in bath which was disappointing. The first night there was no hot water. So we couldn’t shower and had to use freezing cold water. The host sent someone the next morning. Just wish with how much we paid they ensured before hand that the hot water was working.

Super nice host. The inside of the apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything needed for a week's stay. Unlike many apartments of this kind, it is cosy, has good lighting, modern bathroom and feels comfortable.

There was unfortunately major work done to the apartment building, which made it tricky to navigate the space. Again the owner and people on the site were super nice and accommodating. The wardrobe in the bedroom could be bigger (not major issue though)

The property manager was very helpful and kind.
