The key safe was easy to use

The door is hard to open, we spent at least a minute trying to get it to open.

Well decorated, nice and bright, equipped very well and we stayed an extra night due to our car breaking down

"NO FREE PARKING "

The street you stay on has permit holder parking so as stated free parking is not available, Asked numerous times for a receipt for my stay but no communication. House was a typical terraced house suitable for business in the local area but not as a holiday base in my opinion.

House was clean and well equipped. Everything what expected was provided. Brilliant service, as all questions were responded immediately.

Location is probably not the strongest point and parking may require some extra time to find a space at busy time.
