"If it were 200.00 per night, I’d stay again."

Location, cleanliness

Bed was horrid, there is a restaurant downstairs serving breakfast. If you like to sleep past 5:30, this place isnt for you!

"Great bar harbor stay."

Clean, able to walk into the action of bar harbor, Amazing breakfast, spacious. My family of 4 had a great time. Hosts very responsive. Will recommend and would stay again.

"2 Cats in Bar Harbor"

The location was perfect! The option to cook was a plus! Having 2 bathrooms was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely stay again! Oh, and breakfast was great, too!

The breakfast was very good. The location was great.

Can be loud early morning as they are getting ready for breakfast. The bed could be more comfortable. Lighting on the stairs at night/early morning, is not very good.

The location was excellent. The breakfast each morning was very good. I would stay here again without hesitation. I also left some jewelry in my room, after calling to schedule a pickup time the woman was very helpful and nice.

I don't have anything to say.....everything was very good.

"Great location"

Location

Overall lack of maintenance, especially the outside. The outside stairway and unlevel floors inside. It lacked a comfortable chair.

"Disappointing and expensive for what it was."

The location was on the edge of town, but a reasonable walk. The best thing about the place was that it had an assigned parking spot.

It's an apartment above a cafe not an inn, with access via an outdoor staircase with no cover. No-one to talk to out of cafe hours. Clean but outdated. People talking loudly and walking above us at 3 am.

"This was not a $450 per nite accommodation."

The breakfast (included) was amazing. We split the Wild Maine Blueberry pancakes. They were loaded with fresh blueberries and the maple syrup was delicious. The location, a short walk from the downtown core, was ideal as well. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

The parking was dirt/gravel and with the recent rains was muddy with potholes full of water. The back of the building had peeling paint and was in a bit of a state of disrepair. Needed help to get the air conditioning working. The bathroom and especially the shower were very small. The bed mattress was poor quality especially for the price charged for the suite.
