nice place with a small water park hey my family we liked it very much

I didn't like the internet because the TV channels kept freezing, I also used Netflix. However, the internet was very weak.

Everything was closed by

Not enough toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags for 6 people for 7 day. Secondly not enough bath towels for amount of 6 people in 7 days.

"We’re in Florida Ac is a must especially coming in from hours of heat"

Location and amenities we’re good

The ac was set at 72 and there was a label stating we couldn’t lower it . I’m from Florida and after coming from hours of sun I would like a cool house . I had to ask my husband to go buy two fans and the beds in second room were shaky and response I got was thank you for your suggestion to tighten them up

Nice and spacious

They only provided 1 trash bag for a 3 night stay. Customer service rep had an attitude every time I called about extending my stay and they only respond to emails when they want
