Gorgeous 4 Bd w Pool at Storey Lake Resort 4277

The facilities are super well located, great space. My family totally enjoyed the place.

The lower bathroom's shower door doesn't close well, so we had some issues every time we needed to use it. But it is nothing that can't be solved with some repairs for future guests. Everything else was PERFECT! I'd absolutely book it again!!!!

Great location, house was nice, amenities were amazing. We had other stuff we had to do but we could have stayed at the house and enjoyed the water park and pools alone and been great!&

None of the appliances worked right, we did call and they sent someone to look at the washer but no one ever showed up for the kitchen sink. The drier was either on or off you couldn’t change the settings. The microwave you could only heat things up by hitting the 30 second button until you had the desired time.

Everything was clean, spacious, not very expensive.

The house was beautiful! Plenty of space for all 9 of us. There were a couple of small issues, but they were handled quickly and efficiently.

The house was beautiful! Plenty of space for all 9 of us, but we noticed that the bunk bed in the Star Wars bedroom had a broken side. We reported this issue, but no one came to fix it, so one of our guests had to sleep directly on the floor for the entire stay. Additionally, before leaving, I thoroughly checked the entire house to ensure there were no damages. However, we received a notification regarding a charge for carpet repair due to stains, plus sales tax, which would be deducted from our refundable damage deposit. I am disappointed with this charge, as I personally conducted an inspection upon checkout and verified that everything was in good condition. I do not agree with this additional charge, especially considering that the person who cleaned the house after our departure was hired by you, and they could have been responsible for any stains on the carpet.

The cleanness and how close everything was to the place and the private pool

The property didn't have long mirrors to be able to see how my whole outfit for Disney looked.

Was a great place for us to hang out while not at the theme parks. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, which made it an excellent value compared to a hotel room. Plus, we were able to cook if we wanted to and have breakfast before we hit the parks.

One negative is that with traffic, this location was almost an hour from Universal and half an hour from Disney. In addition the pool attached to the house was small there was a club house and a much larger pool available though.
