ATL Downtown 2BR with Free Parking Gym

I didn’t like the appartment, it was dirty, no investment in much time. Slow answers. I would not stay there again.

The location of the property needs added night time security. No one was at the front desk. However, our apartment was wonderful with all the needed kitchen equipment.

Very nice property, but the bathroom had an overwhelming odor. I cleaned and it still smelled like urine.

Host was great at communication and described everything perfectly. I would stay here again.

This place is nice for the price… very reasonable for the location … Apartment style and tv in all rooms.. communication with hosts 10/10

Place smells like smoke

The AC very old from the 1960 and the floor was sticky and the sofa was dirty. The entire floor smells like weed. The elevators qty is 3 but only one works and the waiting time to get to the elevator was a lot.

Lobby was nice but hallway carpets were dirty and every one had a giant dehumidifier running. On our last day only 1 of 3 elevators was functioning and we were on the 14th floor. It took 30 minutes to get our things down to the lobby. The condo itself was decent but we had an issue with roaches in the kitchen which the owner did not address. On the plus side, it was within walking distance of several popular attractions.

I just like the parking and the area. But the property is in bad condition and the apartment was dirty and has a lot of cockroach, it was disgusting.. The apartment is nice, but it needs to be improved and cleaned...

Check-in and process for parking was very confusing and systems did not work as described. Unit is part of an apartment building with both permanent residents and guests. Immediately parking garage was absolutely trashed, hallways are run down and dingy. We got into the unit to find hair in the bathroom, and a unit that was not as described and not as photoed. As soon as we got off the elevator and into our unit the smell of marijuana gave us immediate headaches and was super strong. We did not feel comfortable whatso ever. Looked like the converted balcony had plastic coated glass, floors were dirty, just a terrible experience from every direction. We immediately left the property and found another place to stay. No way to communicate with the property, having to go through Hotels.com for a refund, which has not been an easy process. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT.
