Great location and the unit was clean and had everything we needed.

The listing was misleading. It’s listed as a “one bedroom home” and it’s actually a bedroom inside a home which shares a laundry area and the hall to the back door/outside access with another guest space. Guests in the other room were arriving in at 1:30am and 3am every night of our stay which was too disruptive.

The bathroom toilet wasn’t clean. I called and nothing was done. I’m requesting my cleaning fee to be refunded.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The walls are paper-thin, so we could hear everything from the people staying in the "main house" (footsteps, the microwave, dishes clanking, etc.). Quiet hours were not respected, and we woke up both days at 5 AM due to noise from the other side of the house. This is not a separate unit. It was probably the master bedroom converted into a rental room, with very poor construction and even worse finishes. We couldn’t control the AC, it seemed to be controlled from the other side of the house, and it was uncomfortably cold. The toilet door didn’t close, and the shower had very low water pressure. The "kitchenette" is inside the closet; we didn’t use it, but it’s certainly not ideal for keeping clothes smelling fresh. The pillows were uncomfortable. The TV is mounted on the side wall of the bed, which is great if you want a stiff neck from watching TV.

The only good things about this place were its location (very close to the River Walk), the mattress, and the backyard view. The washer and dryer were convenient, but the detergent provided was poor, so we had to buy our own and wash our clothes twice.

Location was great….could walk to the Riverwalk. A short drive to the Mission’s National park.

We did not have internet service outside the unit. We did not get the message that our unit was in the rear. We had to phone the owner to find this out and to get the codes for entry. We don’t enjoy hassles like this as we are on our seventies.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, nice shower room, reasonable facilities. When we arrived, it just rained. So the entrance was wet and I was sorry to make the floor quite dirty.

With luggages, access wasn't easy. Communication was delayed. Much appreciated if the landlord has a quick WhatsApp chat or responds to emails. We're international travelers and couldn't make a direct call. We were locked out for about 30 min and there was no way we could know if we can re access the door. I kept trying the same pin every few minutes. Coffee maker was there but no creamer or milk.
