La comodidad de la habitación grande, cama cómoda. La comunicación con el Hotel. La amabilidad del personal.

Hubieron algunas imperfecciones, que se comunicaron y fueron solucionados rápidamente, pero deberían hacer un check-list y verificar la total funcionalidad del departamento antes de entregarlo.

Gostei das imagens apresentadas no anúncio, que transmitiam a impressão de um ambiente limpo, organizado e confortável, além da localização, que parecia ser boa e situada em uma região tranquila e segura.

Não gostei de diversos pontos importantes relacionados à higiene, segurança e suporte durante a estadia. Ao chegar, tive dificuldade para acessar o imóvel, levando quase uma hora para conseguir entrar, mesmo após buscar ajuda externa. Ao utilizar o banheiro, encontrei um tufo de cabelo preso na banheira, o que demonstra falha na limpeza. Além disso, a TV e as luzes do quarto acendiam sozinhas, o que causou grande desconforto. O cobertor disponibilizado era inadequado para o tamanho da cama, sendo de solteiro, o que prejudicou o conforto. O ponto mais grave foi a presença de sinais de impacto na parte interna da porta e o que aparenta ser sangue na maçaneta interna do quarto, inclusive com reação positiva ao teste com água oxigenada, o que representa potencial risco à saúde e gerou sensação de insegurança durante toda a estadia. Além disso, não houve suporte adequado para resolução dos problemas relatados, incluindo meu pedido de realocação.

Our experience with this property was horrible. First, we didn’t receive a door code few days prior our stay as it was advertised. After multiple phone calls to the property management on the same day as the beginning of our stay we finally received a code. It was very stressful and frustrating. Second, when we arrived and check the apartment we noticed it was very dirty (hairs everywhere, bed sheets were dirty as well, dirty floors etc).

Constant noice. Our neighbours were group of teenagers and also another group of men on the same floor who were listening the music until 4am and were partying really hard. We tried to call the management of the building (no one is present on site) but they didn’t do anything and suggest just call the police. Unbelievable. We spent there 4 nights and every night we couldn’t sleep because of the noice. Worst experience ever.

nothing. it was a terrible experience. the host failed to contact us on tiem and we were waiting to receive the code until the very last min ute. we even had to call booking itself for help

everything. the place was extremely hyumid, there was nobody to help us if needed. the beds were uncomfortable and the internet was SUPER BAD!
