The place is lovely and the facilities around it are good. Honestly, the key part was a real pain in the arse. I had several messages from the apartment servicing company with several address to collect the key from. None of them were near the actual rental. They're only there until 8 and we moved heaven and earth to get there in time to. be met with a closed door, no bell. They did come and bring the key fairly quickly and were polite but, really , it's 2023 not the 1970's there has to be a better way. Dropping the key off, also again right over town and nobody there. Also , no parking included with this flat. There is parking available to pay for but there was clearly a space for the flat, lord knows why this can't be figured out. I won't come again which is a shame as the flat was lovely.

The hotel staff left without giving us keys. We (4 people) had to look for an alternative accommodation even though we paid in full in advance. It also has hidden charges not described on the listing. Including £50 checking fee and £3 deposit return fee. Do not lend your revenue
