Beach View - 2 Bedroom Apartment - Llanelli

The view from the lounge was lovely but the windows were filthy so you had to open the patio doors to see it. It was good it was on the ground floor and parking was right out side

The apartment was twice the price of the other properties we have rented in the same block, it was very hot at night and no fans provided, it was not clean with dirty pans and the oven. The property is tired and dated.

Easy accessible I have a disability.

The bathroom was a bit tired, and I could not use it due to my disability, but this was my problem.

Cheap furniture Inadequate cooking utensils- baking dishes , salad bowl, serving tablespoons. We were there 2 weeks and towels were not changed.

La baie vitrée était obscurcie par la saleté, la vue sur la mer bouchée par un échafaudage et des grilles de protection du chantier, le balcon et les fauteuils étaient couverts de gravas.. Notre déception était à la hauteur des promesses des nombreuses photos de l'annonce. Nous sommes restés 2 nuits sur 4 le temps de trouver une solution de repli. L'agence de location à été malhonnête, ne reconnaissant pas le préjudice du fait que les travaux et l'inaccessibilité du balcon était indiqués dans un descriptif complémentaire au descriptif principal, en une petite ligne. Il aurait donc fallu en conclure que les photos ne sont pas contractuelles et que l'annonce d'un balcon avec fauteuils dans la présentation générale est fallacieuse ! De telles annonces ne devraient pas avoir cours sur Booking auquel nous faisons confiance depuis de nombreuses années.

Shame about the building work

Floor of the apartment was very dirty and a lot of dog hair around. Plug hole in bath was gummed up with hair and soap so that it didn't drain away rapidly. And it should have been mentioned that the building was undergoing work and had scaffolding and Heras fencing spoiling the view, as well as loud drills, a generator and builders working from 8am on the week days.

Very clean

The scaffolding, the loud workmen with pneumatic drilling. The workmen working directly in front of our doors and windows...no privacy. Very intrusive especially for our teenage daughters.

The apartment was really nice and very clean, great sea views, the double bed was very comfortable

Nice and clean property with amazing views

We didn’t have any water for 24h as the pipe broke and they had to shut all estate but this was just unfortunate for us. However all lovely neighbours did inform us straight away and advised to buy some water for the evening. All very helpful and lovely people
