Down in the bottom with no views,bath was broke.

Unclean - and some elements quite shabby. Dark and no natural light

Stayed at The Cwtch – 2 Bedroom Apartment in Tenby from 2–4 May and had a lovely experience. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and really comfortable - perfect for a relaxing couple of nights. The location was ideal, with everything in Tenby just a short walk away. It truly felt like a cosy home away from home. Would definitely stay here again! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Being just a 5-minute walk from the beach was a huge bonus - we really enjoyed our time here!

I knew it was a basement apartment and that the outside view would be limited, but aside from that, it was an excellent stay.

Location is perfect, building was very well kept and parking was literally next door with lots of space

Bath panel needs to be fixed or changed, but that’s the only thing I can think of.

Wasn't sure if bath was safe so I didn't use it im autistic and it didn't look right or damaged before entering the apartment.

Cellar apartment, noise from boiler and waste pipes from toilets above

Nothing at all. We arrived to the apartment and could instantly see that it hadn’t been cleaned. Dirt and bits all over the living area floor. We wiped with a wet wipe and it was filthy. Bathroom had mould patches and bath panel hanging off. We hoovered and cleaned the floor ourselves then to our horror our one year old had something in his mouth which turned out to be a finger/toe nail. Absolutely disgusting. The kitchen roll also had blood on it. We got offered another apartment and this was gone 5pm with rain pouring and gale force winds we would of had to pack all our stuff up and move again which would of been a nightmare so we asked could we go the next day and they told us this wasn’t possible. They did send a team over to clean which made it a bit more presentable. Overall a shocking experience.

Very well presented with funky mid-century style furniture. Kitchen was basic but functional for a weekend away with the kids. Would definitely recommend. Parking in paid public carpark stone's throw away was convenient.

Finding the place was not clear or signs just guess work

Perfect location ideal for our family getaway. Very clean and comfortable.
