Never received breakfast.

1. When I arrived my code keypad did not work and I've waited over a hour just for customer service to assist me. 2. When I picked up they manual key to my door, the key was supposed to be locked and secure in a lockbox but my door key was unsecured in the open and everyone in the Airbnb had access to my room with all my possessions. 3. The photos were very deceiving, when i booked the room online, it was not clear in photo or the site how small the room was for the price that I paid! I was very unsatisfied about the room I shared! Walls were very thin and I could hear everyone's private activities, inside their room at all hours, neighbors blasting music very loudly. Photos submitted off how the cleaning wasn't up to par. Honestly I don't complain alot, but theis room almost mad3 me spend a extra fund and book another room in order to be comfortable on my trip!

Probably one of the worst stays I've had. The staff was not very helpful and due to the inability to allow me to check in early, I incurred additional expenses. Thin walls. Was locked out of my room due to the battery on the door locking, and had to use a spare key the majority of my stay. The bed also broke during my stay. For the price, you can almost certainly do better.

The neighborhood was really nice but our room was really hot and small

The room had a small fridge, & downstairs was a kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave & a washer & dryer. There was a subway station 10 minutes walk away which made getting into town easy. The owner communicated before arrival re instructions & also answered my questions very quickly. There was a large supermarket a 5 minute walk away.

We were on the 3rd floor so lots of stairs to get our luggage up & down. It would be difficult to walk uphill to the apartment, from the station, with luggage. Luckily we caught a taxi. It was ok to walk downhill to the station.

Well appointed and comfortable.

Overall, the place was enjoyable, but it is quite small. One aspect that could be improved is the noise level; the walls seem to let sound through easily, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. For instance, I found it difficult to rest when neighbors were socializing or playing music loudly, especially in the early morning. Addressing the sound insulation could significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

Clean, cost, kind / communicative host.

Shared kitchen wasn't super clear in the advertisement. Bed was quite stiff.
