Downtown Accessible New 1BR1BA Cozy Studio

Got locked out no one helped they still didn't reach out ☹️

Was very cozy

So honestly I loved the property. So much so I looked into booking it for the next week.

My problem here and the only reason I didn’t give it near perfection was the fact that 2!or 3 days later I was notified that I owed $50 for a towel that was ruined. Problem with this is that I actually didn’t shower there. And even had I … I bring my own towels to any Airbnb or hotel because I do use make up etc and white never mixes with me good. The next day they called to check on me and was polite so I found it odd they don’t mention it then as well. I was only there 4 hours since I was running late. I only entered the bathroom once if I recall correctly. So no clue why or where any of this accusation came from but I didn’t appreciate the mistake and no one responded to my inquiry -about it .

Didnt realize it was basically a small house on the property as owners, but no issues. Had to park on the street and the neighborhood was eh... seedy at best. Easy communication and well stocked and clean.

It was a nice cozy spot.

How the entire process went

No washer or dryer

The amenities listed (Wifi), was not not available. I contacted the host in regard to the WiFi not working. They were not able to get it fixed. Due to me being a remote worker I needed the WiFi. I was not able to stay the night or stay at the studio due to lack of WiFi. I had to leave and book elsewhere. I asked about a refund, I have been getting the run around. It’s been almost a month since I booked and I still am getting the run around regarding the refund. I did not want to leave a bad review but due to lack of communication with the host and getting the run around for the last 3 weeks I don’t seem to have another choice.

It was cozy and felt like I had a lot of space even with such a small property 😊
