Vhagar's Valyria's Vista

Is a good option when visiting Seattle for its location and balance between cost and benefit

Bed was comfortable and neighborhood is beautiful with good walkability. The property is a modern dense infill double town house in an upscale established neighborhood of estately homes. I was not clear from the posting that it is a stearyl small dorm room style and that post of the photos are of shared spaces. The post also said plenty of street parking but doesn't mention that it is 2 hour parking if you can find a space. There is no fan or air conditioning and only one window opens; it was quite hot on the one muggy day. The property is in a flight pattern so you will need the provided ear plugs. There was rancid garbage left piled in the first floor shared kitchen where the smell reached the 4th floor. Check out is quite early at 10AM.

This was not a hotel. It was more like a hostel but not advertised as such. No air conditioning.

Did not realize when booking that it was a rooming house with shared kitchen. Unit was only the bedroom and bath and very small.

I booked this apartment for my honeymoon so we can be close to downtown Seattle but we never even got inside. They gave me the run around. I called them and they wouldn't answer my calls so i called from my wife's phone then they asked for more money.

My experience at Vhagar was absolutely delightful. In a serene neighborhood just a mile from Downtown Seattle, the hotel offers tranquil retreat. During my stay I occupied a cozy studio, which was impeccably clean and flooded with refreshing natural light. Vince, the host was incredibly attentive and only a text message/call away, ensuring that every need was promptly met. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return to Seattle and be welcomed by Vhagar's warm hospitality once more. Thanks Expedia!

The cost of renting a hotel in the area is extremely high so we saw this cheap place and took a gamble. It was a bed in a room just big enough to fit the bed and a bath. The mini coffee machine was a nice touch.

And a cheap place it was. The building construction was extremely cheap, purpose built for AirBnB and the like. The walls were paper thin and the units are very tiny and three to a floor so you can hear everyone's conversations and "night time adult activities". The flooring was cheap manufactured wood looking material so cheap that several of the steps of the stairs had broken off edges just from normal usage.

Accommodation was very clean, everything we need was there, location is good. And Vince helped me even with questions about Seattle.

Need pay high deposit, which I didn't know before I booked this accommodation. But deposit was returned already.

Location was great. Room very clean and was ready for early check-in. Also nice view from the top.

This property works like AIRBNB. When booked through Bookings.com, it was unclear that was the case. So there was a lot of pre check-in admin that needed to be taken care of. Also the short-term stay deposit is quite a lot. But understandable as a caution for the property owner.
