Apartment is a nicely restored/remodeled unit, in a historic mansion, in a historic mansion community. Very neat place to stay. The 9 foot tall windows and 13 foot tall ceilings are amazing! The one piece limestone carved front steps are worth taking some time to appreciate (think of the work it took to do that in 1866!) as is the rest of the property. Be warned the upstairs bedroom does get a little warm, but setting the temp down on the thermostat an hour before bed remedied the situation nicely. Just took us the first night to figure that out, you read this review and you'll be ahead of the game. It's and old brick house (1866) with original windows, so some of these minor things are to be expected. Beautiful property!
