"Large apartment in party area."

It is very loud in the night due to the bars and clubs in the street.

it was close to all shops and security was good with the gate

door handles missing, cooler not working properly, holes in wall ( just minor things)

"Nice but beware the deposit scenario"

Location and accommodation was great.

There could have been more equipment for a 5 person apartment - like no tea towel to dry up and low on cooking implements but we managed and it was for only 1 night. There is a requirement for a £100 deposit to be paid and this took 10 days and a lot of chasing to be refunded as they had no record of the transaction.

"nice comfy flat everything you need"

very close to what we needed very comfy beds

the fire alarm was set off by a delivery driver, after a hour it was still going so I tried the 2 numbers given to me but the 1st one was switched off 2 nd one someone answered and put the phone down on me. I sent email, what’s app but no one got back to me. what if it had been an emergency???? I rang the local fire service they couldn’t help me so we had no idea what to do, after nearly 2 hours someone finally came and reset it. now I know this wasn’t the property fault but at least answer your phones or emails or what app in future from your paying customers.
