Central Belfast Apartments Retro R&R

The apartment was very clean! All facilities were on hand and the crisps and wine was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

No complaints.

We were provided the wrong check in info and found someone already occupying our b&b but because it was after hours, we couldn’t reach someone to help. Instead we had to book a hotel for one night until we could reach the company during the day. Honestly, I don’t understand why they can’t provide an after hours contact in case of emergencies like this one. They did not offer any compensation other than a refund and their apologies.The property itself was great.

Modern and warm, clean, and comfortable. The staff checked in with us on a regular basis and were informative overall, although the wine and crisps were complimentary, and this wasn't made clear. This property was lovely and would 100% use Belfast Apartments on our return to Ireland.

The couch and living room chair weren't the most comfy, and the shower was a little tight.
