Cannot fault this accommodation, location was perfect, warm & welcoming, attention to detail was great, everything there to make your stay fabulous, very clean and so comfortable, not a thing I would change

Location great

The bed was awful and needs totally replacing, the mattress ended up giving you a bad back and you can feel the springs sticking in you some sort of stain in the headboard of the bed also. Only one fork to use which makes things a little difficult to self cater if you are there with more than one person. Mold in the shower, and hair dryer that smells like its burning when you use it. A fan that was totally pointless and hardly worked. Windows that don't open and apartments turns into a green house.

The studio is a fabulous location, right in saundersfoot village. We found it to be clean and tidy, perhaps lacking a few essentials, only 1 wine glass. Car park close by, it’s hit or miss to get a space, we were fortunate.

The temperature in the studio, how stuffy and hot the room was, there was no ventilation. Only one window opened very slightly. I contacted the number to report this, no response!

Location and decor, shower good

The property is simply not maintained, therefore we couldn't self catering. There was 1 fork to share The hob didn't work An open bin in the kitchen. The swing bin's lid was missing and not replaced. Could not get hot water from kitchen or bathroom tap. The water trickled, no pressure, so had to boil water in the kettle to wash anything. Property was like a greenhouse. All windows were locked and 1 on a restricted. No air. The fan provided was cheap and inadequate to cool the place. The management company just couldn't care less when contacted. Worryingly, there are 2 Power Points above the hob, so the kettle lead trails across the top of the hob. So dangerous. As the hob wasn't working it wasn't an issue. Outrageous.

The studio was in an excellent location in the middle of Saundersfoot with a lovely sea view

On arrival we discovered that there was no hair dryer as listed within the facilities. However we brought this to the attention of the owners and this was soon rectified.

Location central. Beach, shops, cafes easy to access.

Shower fine but no hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink/wasbasin. Called the agent but not fixed during our 4 night stay. Electric hob did not work. No drawers. Info said there was a hairdryer but there wasn"t one. No dust pan and brush etc for tidying up. Return visit. Everything avaikanle/working oreviously. No parking. Publc carpark round the the corner £6 for 24 hrs. Reasonable . Big drawback was couldnt move the car once we had a space because always full. Alternative parking at the harbour very expensive

I've been coming to Saundersfoot since I was a kid. This was a convenient and nice flat. It's not very big and it's fairly basic but it was perfectly suited to my needs. A great location too. Apart from the electric shower, there was no hot water, but I wasn't doing much cooking, so there was little washing up to do.

Excellent location with an amazing sea view. Lots of lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Great communication with dircetions and check in details.
