Croft Court - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Tenby

Great location, great shower.

Overwhelming smell of damp with visible areas of mould, this ruined our stay. The loo is in a ridiculous place. No table.

Shower was too big for the room, which meant the toilet was too tight for me

On the whole the whole place is pretty good apart from the shower cubicles too large to accommodate the toilet as I’m a medium size guy it was easy to sit on if I was size 14 or bigger. I’d have a hard time sitting on the toilet Bathroom designed.

Easy to find, excellent location, close to beach and town centre . The apartment had everything you needed. Just provide your own food and drink. Nice and warm and very clean.

Apartment 103. Just a few negatives. The position of the toilet seemed like an afterthought. It was in a very tight space next to the shower cubicle and the wall, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to use. Could do with a smaller shower cubicle. Also, the apartment could do with a small (coffee) table. Extra pillows.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, next to the beach and a short stroll into town.

Badly thought out layout, whoever designed the bathroom should consider a career change. The sofa was uncomfortable, the heating hard to get right and the wi-fi often too slow for the TV which only worked via the internet. Amazingly there was nowhere to eat, apart from trays to use on the horrid sofa.

The private entrance, the nearby parking, the hot shower, also the kitchen with its appliances, the welcome book with excellent information within.

The presentation of the address in communications. We needed to be told it was UNIT 103 in the Croft Court complex, as the complex was very large and we were unaware of our unit number. In fact we showed the on-site maintenance guy and he was also unaware of which unit we were after. This was sorted after sending a message to the owner through the booking.com app. The television did not have the antenna connected, so we were unable to watch free to air TV. There were no other instructions on how to use the myriad of TV apps. The bedroom was very small, there was NO space beside the bed for bedside tables and one had to climb out off the bed, not stand and walk beside the bed. The toilet in the bathroom was the squishiest( tightest) fit that I have ever encountered. If you are a larger person, you will be toileting elsewhere. There was no table to sit and eat at inside. Sure there was an outdoor seating area, but in sub 10 degree weather that option was quickly dismissed.

Good kitchen and living space, with easy access garden. Having hot water to the outdoor shower was brilliant for showering after going to the beach without getting cold, or getting sand everywhere. The milk on arrival was very welcome. Washing up liquid and kitchen basics were provided. A fair price for an excellent location on the Ironman run course and close for swim start for spectators, and transition for athletes. I would happily stay there again.

TV is probably great for most people, but we prefer the standard live channels which could only be accessed through logging into the apps. It makes me feel old writing this! Not too much of a problem as we weren't in there much anyway.

Location is very good - near the beach. A nice quiet location although not far from the centre of Tenby. Outside space was nice. Good to have parking although it wasn't technically an allocated space but we were lucky enough to get the space right beside the property. As far as we could see the spaces were not allocated to properties so you could have been in any space. Nice kitchen with good quality appliances.

It's really too small for a couple - best for single person. We stayed 3 nights but wouldn't want to be there for a week. The TV is amazon fire only and you need to log in. Bit mean not to have usual TV channels. Bathroom has a huge shower base and then you have to squeeze in to sit on loo. There is nowhere to sit and eat(except sofa) unless you sit outside which is weather dependent. There was no information left eg WIFI password. We had to text but did get an immediate reply. The bed being right against the wall wasn't ideal. No bedside cabinet again everything just too tight for space. Sofa is too small. Would have been better with smaller kitchen and bigger living space/seating. Rug is a trip hazard. We paid more than other properties in Tenby to get outside space and parking but really the size of the property outweighed these advantages.

Excellent location, free parking, very comfortable matress & pillows, clean new towels, the place was clean and tidy court yard garden although a shady area all day, everything you needed except for an iron which I realised after it wasn't on the list but is usually a standard, able to message the property agents out of hours via chat!

•There's no iron •I recommend they put a welcome pack in with the WiFi details on as I couldn't access the WiFi for ages, I had to faf around messaging the owner for passwords & username etc in the end we had to reboot it! •There's no way of watching T.V unless you set up an Amazon account and even then its just basic freevee unless you subscribe. Not everyone can access that just basic channels 1-5 should be accessible as standard! • The courtyard garden is lovely although shady all day • The oversized shower is right ontop of the toilet anyone even of average build it's a struggle sitting comfortably on it, it deffinately needs changing to a standard shower cubicle to allow room between the toilet and shower *Just a few tweaks as mentioned above otherwise I couldn't fault it
