Vorab wurde uns mitgeteilt das es keine Gepäck Aufbewahrung gibt, leider haben wir das falsch verstanden und sind somit grundlos früher zur Unterkunft- hatte dann zur Folge mit dem Koffer mitten in Porto zu stehen. ALSO es gibt keine REZEPTION und keine Gepäck Aufbewahrung.

Location, Kitchen facilities.

The photos of the building do not match those on the website. There is no access to the inner courtyard/jacuzzi. The ground-floor rooms are only 0.5 m from the street where cars pass by. The windows are basically doors that open directly onto the street and are covered by curtains. There is no natural light without sacrificing privacy. The humidity is very high. The toilet bowl was dirty under the seat. The shower door is not sealed properly, is incorrectly installed, and water leaks onto the floor. There are dusty spider webs. There are ants on the ground floor and traces of cockroaches/dirt near the entrance door. There are pipes built into the wall next to the attic bed that at night make you feel like you are being flooded. There is no coat rack on the ground floor where you can leave wet or rain-soaked clothes.

La ubicación, las facilidades de check in y comunicación, y el apartamento en general, ya que estaba todo nuevo y bastante bien equipado.

El sofá es lo único que no tiene sentido, es más decorativo que otra cosa.

Sauberkeit und Standard spitze.

Da das Haus viele verschiedene Zimmer hat muss man genau hinschauen, Was man eigentlich gerade bucht. Ein Zimmer mit Blick in einen Schacht war nicht erwähnt. Das war etwas deprimierend.
