Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut, schöne Restaurants und man fühlt sich in dieser Umgebung sehr sicher.

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn im Flur und nebenan sprechen. Ohrenstöpsel nicht vergessen, auch wegen der Flugzeuge, die direkt ganz nah über einen hinwegfliegen. Die Matratze war viel zu hart, im Bad war eine Bodenfliese total kaputt und sauber war es leider auch nicht. Check out ist um 10.00 Uhr. Als ich um diese Zeit meinen Koffer ins Auto gebracht habe und meine anderen Sachen holen wollte, war bereits mein Zugangscode gesperrt und ich kam nicht mehr ins Haus. Das geht meines Erachtens überhaupt nicht. Ich hatte Glück, daß die Reinigungsfrau dann kam und mich hinein ließ. Ihr Kollege war sehr unfreundlich und wurde richtig unverschämt, 10.00 Uhr sei schließlich 10.00 Uhr. Ich bin viel unterwegs, aber so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.9

El acceso muy cómodo, todo con códigos. La habitación amplia, cómoda. Para pasar una noche ofis es muy buena opción. Tiene parada de metro cercana, parking y es una zona muy buena, para desayunar o tomar algo. Repetiría sin duda.

We had several problems in room 10 - wisdom. When we entered the room, a strong smell was present and we noticed a air freshener plugged in (later we understood it was moisture / mold). When we sent to the bathroom, we noticed a few ants on the floor, and one went under the floor tiles. We had ants all through the stay, so probably there’s a nest somewhere close and they go through the cracks of the uneven floor tiles. Speaking of the bathroom tiles, they were uneaven and visibly were attempted to be patched and re-sealed but that always fails if you don’t fix the actual problem - which is that the shower leaks so bad when you shower that it pools up outside of it and goes underneath the tiles. I would not want to see the state of the subfloor. I would guess that at least some of the humidity problems starts there. And we’re not done. There was visible mold on the top of the curtains near the window. We never complain about beds normally, but they were so uncomfortable we can feel the springs and they are hard as a rock. The dryer doesn’t work at all - it heats up but everything was as wet as it was going out of the washer after one hour of « drying ». We had to hang out our laundry on what we had in the apartment and it took 36-48h to dry it’s so humid already in the apartment. We opened the window everytime we were there to try and get rid of some of the humidity and sticking smell that was in the appartment.

Localização excelente, tem tudo próximo, muito bem servida de metro e ônibus Cama confortáveis. Resposta rápidas às perguntas

A troca das toalhas deveria ocorrer ao menos após 3 dias de uso. Nos banheiros deveria ter local para estender as toalhas para secar (só tem 2 ganchos). E visto que não fazem limpezas dos quartos/banheiros deveria haver no mínimo desinfetante no banheiro.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda, vicino alla metro e comunque tranquilla. Ambienti accoglienti e silenziosi. Se capiterà ritorneremo sicuramente

Los envases de jabón de manos y jabón de ducha no servian . No funciona el dispensador No había suficiente jabón de ducha. No había champú El agua de la ducha se salía por la puerta inundando el piso
