Przyjechałem do mieszkania ok. 20:30. Gospodarz sobie wymyślił, że klucze do mieszkania przekazuje maksymalnie do godziny 19:00, a później dodatkowa opłata. Z tak bezczelnym podejściem jeszcze się nigdzie na Świecie nie spotkałem, a zjeździłem kilkadziesiąt krajów. Za "spóźnienie" 1.5h zapłaciłem prawie tyle co za dodatkową noc w mieszkaniu ! Żenujące podejście. Jest to miejsce turystyczne i wiadomym jest, że samoloty na miejsce przylatują o różnych porach dnia i nocy. Poza tym w takich przypadkach są dedykowane sejfy, do których można wrzucić klucze i później o dowolnej porze bez ingerencji właściciela można je odebrać, ale po co coś takiego robić jak można jeszcze dorobić dodatkowe euro. Chamstwo 100% ! Już nie wspomnę o tym, że prosiłem o zostawienie plecaka na 2h po godzinach wymeldowania (od 10.00 do 12.00) w mieszkaniu i nie dostałem zgody nawet na kilka minut. Mieszkanie mogę polecić, ale na pewno nie gospodarza. Zero uprzejmości. Gdyby nie fakty powyżej to dałbym ocenę 9 lub nawet 10.

The swimming pool in my 4 days stay wasn't available they'd doing cleaning which wasn't done in our whole stay. Which was very big problem because this was our primary reason to book this apartment. The management team wasn't ready after acknowledgement to do something neither they have apologised or compensated me for this. My kids wasn't happy because they can't use the pool in their whole stay.
