GBThe property was clean and spacious. The broken washing machine was quickly replaced.
1. Arrival procedure did not work. The agent, Fernando, did not forward details of the apartment and the access codes until the day of our arrival. This left us knocking on doors in the compound requesting Wifi access to download the information. 2. There is mould in the main bedroom and the en-suit bathroom which makes the bedding and clothes all feel damp.. We moved into the smaller second bedroom which was drier. 3. Of the 5 doors to rooms only 1 closes. The others have all either broken or swollen 4. There is no arrivals pack with a map of the site, emergency numbers etc 5. Whole place is “tired” e.g. cushions have almost given up the chairs are rickety and the kitchen is under equipped for a longer stay.
PTThe property was managed by BnBird property management company. They are very compassionate and fast at communicating. Definitely recommend them. Thanks for your attention and compassion for our family unique situation!
CLEl departamento era muy amplio, lindo y cómodo, quedaba en un complejo muy lindo. El host muy amable y atento nos ayudó y contesto nuestras dudas. Desde ahí recorrímos Lagos y las playas de los alrededores. Recomiendo mucho
