Staff were amazing and the apartment was of an exceptional standard with daily cleaning and top up of coffee/snacks. In addition the complimentary coffee corner had some great snacks and coffee available around the clock

No breakfast but they had an excellent coffee and cake/pastry bar all day which was very nice.

Bathrooms were a bit tight but totally fine. We liked everything!

Your facilities and service were outstanding. You can see that everything was planned and thought about. I will defently recommendvand come back. I want to specially thank Elio for his help. Thank you The Kriegsmans.

Location, it was much nearer the centre than I expected. 10 minutes walk to most of the central locations. We went further out using multiple Ubers which could stop directly outside. Very close to the funicular up and down to the river front. It also really felt like the people running the apartment really cared about their guests. Coffee and fresh pastries daily. Extra coffee pods left without having to ask. Detergent and dishwashing liquid. Pool towels and sunscreen in garden. Caterina stopped us in the street outside the apartment to apologise for missing us on arrival and asked if there was anything we needed.Extremely clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and decent showers Everything you could need was thoughtfully provided. Pool and garden was delightful. Very well maintained. Garden and plants now much more established and attractive than the original photos.

Not a dislike but the wooden staircase from entry level down to the kitchen had no handrail so anyone with mobility issues may have some difficulty. Music was played outside in the garden during the day which was enjoyable and added to the ambiance and atmosphere however as our apartment backed onto the garden it seemed a little loud at 2 am. Perhaps lower volume after midnight. Again not a big issue and I would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone. I would love to return to Porto and to Vandoma.

The staff were amazing, the property was clean and the snacks were a lovely addition. The garden was very pretty too.

The road wasn’t particularly pretty but it was a convenient location.
