Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung der Küche und die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und im Hof aufzuhängen bzw den Trockner zu benutzen.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, schiefe bzw instabile Regale und Handtuchaufhängung im Bad zb.
