Selbst nach Anruf und WhatsApp, keine frischen Handtücher,bei 5!!!!Nächten Zu keiner Zeit irgend jemand auch nur zu sehen,um irgendwas zu fragen,telefonisch schlechter Empfang,keine Info im Zimmer z.B.wie der Fernseher funktioniert, keine Info wo der Müll zu entsorgen ist.

Liked the location and washing machine. The apartment was amazing. Clean and they made sure we had a crib and highchair.

The communication was horrible. They communicate via WhatsApp and I was not receiving their messages and i couldn’t send them messages ( some technical issue not sure ). The email and messages via their portal and booking.com was excruciating. Prior to our trip, I called since I had received zero communication or response regarding airport transfer and how to get into the apartment. At one point we were locked out (with groceries and baby in tow) cause the door malfunctioned and they blamed me for not knowing cause they alerted everyone via WhatsApp about a new code. After an employee came it turned out it WAS the door that was just not functioning. I would love to give this place a glowing review but it honestly was soured by all this back and forth ( getting the access code, airport transfer, WhatsApp being the primary communication channel, broken door). It was like pulling teeth. It’s unfortunate, I most certainly annoyed them as much as they annoyed me. It was our first trip with baby and this honestly not great.

The property team was great about communication. The app they used was great. We could access the property via the app and that worked well.

After an all nighter on the plane we make it to the property and then get a message that we needed to pay a deposit, I wasn't aware of. So in order to pay the deposit we could do it online using What'sApp. (not my favorite place to put my credit card number) Or we had to go to an address a couple of blocks away. Again, not what I wanted to do after a long plane ride. All in all their so called 'Welcome Center' didn't seem very welcoming. There isn't a staffed front desk on the property.

Нам дуже сподобалось перебування у цьому помешканні! З перших хвилин відчувалась дуже приємна, затишна атмосфера, у квартирі було комфортно та чисто. Особливо сподобалось, що для проживання було абсолютно все необхідне, і навіть більше — багато дрібниць, які роблять перебування справді зручним та домашнім. Видно, що господарі з увагою ставляться до гостей і продумали все до деталей. Окремо хочеться відзначити чудове розташування. Це ідеальний варіант як для короткої поїздки, так і для довшого перебування у Порту. Ми залишились дуже задоволені і з радістю рекомендуємо це помешкання іншим гостям. Із задоволенням повернулися б ще раз!
