"Amazing house!"

The view was amazing! The garden was amazing, would have been fantastic if it was updated a bit. Kitchen is well equipped, and the living area is very comfortable!

The last steps to the pool part of the garden where dangerous and need an upgrade. Also it would have been nice to have a comfortable lounge chair in the top part of the garden. The garden table and chairs are also quite outdated and need an upgrade. The beds of the 2 smaller rooms were cardboard. I had almost no sleep because it was so hard and outdated. Please upgrade the mattresses of these two rooms.

"Excellent Villa with sea views"

Fantastic views. Easy walking access to Praia Grande and three excellent fish restaurants. Immediately on lovely cliff walks to Cabo da Roca. Good swimming pool and house is very nice and spacious. Miguel is a very helpful host.

Minor faults. Garden steps down to the pool are unstable and need attention. Only three tea mugs. Otherwise the kitchen is very well equipped.

"Prachtig uitzicht"

Zonder meer de locatie en het uitzicht. Locatie is schitterend, je loopt in ca. 10 minuten naar het strand. Contactpersoon was zeer behulpzaam met tips en suggesties.

Faciliteiten. Voor deze prijs mag je verwachten dat er een goed terras ligt bij het huis met een goede bbq. De verouderde tuinset staat in erg hoog gras, BBQ is echt oud en roestig. Daarnaast ontbraken er tijdens ons verblijf ligbedden bij het zwembad. Hier werd aan gewerkt.

Casa antiga, com manchas de mofo em todos os cômodos, um cheiro fortíssimo!! A casa não está em condições de receber hóspedes. Muita manutenção por fazer. Cadeiras da piscina quebradas, com pregos aparentes. A entrada parece de uma casa abandonada. A grama por cortar... Eu entendo que o clima da região é úmido mas isso não justifica o estado da casa. É necessário um investimento em impermeabilização das paredes e tetos para acabar com as infiltrações. Como está hoje, não há condições sanitárias de se hospedar na casa. Lamentável. Reservei por 3 noites mas fiquei apenas uma.
