Encontro no Rio

Die Familie ist einfach wundervoll und ich wurde aufgenommen als würden wir uns schon kennen. Ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wunderschön was dort erschaffen wurde. Und die Arbeit mit den Pferden ist wirklich sensibel und schön.

De eigenaar zei dat er niks aan de hand was, maar de omgeving was verbrand en smeulde nog toen we aankwamen. Alles ook de kamer was vergeven van de brandlucht. De badkamer was in een hok buiten niet bij de kamer. Wij voelden ons niet veilig en zijn direct weer vertrokken. Wij wilden ons geld terug, maar dat is niet gelukt.

De locatie was geweldig en ook de gastheren waren behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Helaas is het nodig on honden in te zetten om ongewenst wild van het erf te houden en doen deze dit al blaffend. Hierdoor was mijn nachtrust behoorlijk verstoord, misschien als je meer nachten blijft dat je er aan went of neem oordopjes mee! De locatie is geweldig en de gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij gaan Zeker een keer terug, maar dan beter voorbereid 😃

Do localização. Do sossego e acima de tudo a simpatia dos proprietários.

The property is really nice - peaceful & with a great view of the river. It was quiet at night, being a fairly remote area.

We didn't really like the way it was set up. We've found the accommodation around Portugal to be very flexible & accommodating, allowing cooking on rural properties with facilities provided. This property charges for the use of a bbq, you have to buy their charcoal, they even charge you to rent utensils (bbq tools, plates & cutlery)! To cook the bbq costs more than the food to go on it! When we asked to use 2 drinking glasses, they had to check if that was ok as they usually rent them with plates (they did provide 2 after a couple of hours). We arrived late so brought our dinner, we had leftover cheese (2 small pieces) & asked to put them in the communal fridge, we were told the fridge was for other rooms, not ours but they would again check (they didn't come back to us so it went bad overnight). Overall, the family is friendly but just not very accommodating & that takes away from the atmosphere of the place.

Un séjour en famille EXTRAORDINAIRE. Nous avons passé 1 semaine avec nos 4 enfants âgés de 12, 10, 7, et 2ans. Le lieu est UNIQUE, à 1h45 de Porto dans la campagne portugaise au CALME ! le cadre EXCEPTIONNEL: après avoir descendu un chemin en terre on tombe sur une propriété magnifique au bord du Rio Mondego. La vue est dingue. Nous y sommes très chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires Daniela et David et leurs 3 enfants. Nos enfants se sont éclatés : piscine, kayak et cours d'équitation donnés par Daniela et Lisa adorables, passionnées des chevaux. Dans les alentours : nous avons fait qqs randonnées, visité Coimbra et Aveiro. Hans et Frantz sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Petit déjeuner au top. Nous revenons reposés avec l'envie d'y retourner... Merci encore à vous.
