Spacious apartment with big sunny balcony and pleasant outlook, ,extra large terrace to the side. Some small issues which were sorted very efficiently and quickly. Easy to access on arrival. Great location for us, 10 minutes walk from strip or old town and nearest beach. Great value for money we had a lovely stay , was homely and comfortable and will definitely return.

Would of loved a sun lounger on terrace , hot water was abit of an issue but did get knack of getting temperature right with a bit of practice. 1st impression of communal area wasn't great and there are 48 steps to apartment with no lift, but was cleaned regularly whilst we were there.

The apartment was very clean. And the member of staff that let us into the flat was very friendly. The location was excellent but was still quiet in the flat. Terrace was big and had a BBQ, which we used during the stay. The living room and Master bedroom were air conditioned. And the main bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. I had read reviews where a problem with the shower was mentioned, but we didn't have any issues. Also, there was plenty of storage space in the apartment.

The apartment had very basic items: there was plenty of cutlery, however there could be much better cooking equipment (knives, chopping boards) as theses were very old. There were also no cleaning products to clean up any messes created and no sponge or detergent to wash dishes, I feel that there should at least be a basic set of cleaning supplies that the guest can use to keep the property clean during the stay. There was only one light on the terrace, which did not work, unfortunately, so we had to use torches during the evenings as it was very dark. The extra bedroom was very basic; the bed was uncomfortable and had no aircon, so we didn't use it as it got hot. This is a good apartment if you are on a budget. However, I feel that changing the above listed, it would make the experience much better.

The apartment is very nice with a wonderful balcony, a great view and a big terasse for qigong, and laundry. The beds are hard as concrete, so I asked for a duvet to be put under the sheet => very nice bed. The kitchen hade som strange equipment, so I bought – a nice stainless steel saucepan, as the only saucepans were overly huge aluminum pots. – I also bought a blue shopping trolley that I left in the apartment. Missing in the kitchen: – Scissors – A slicer – Teaspoons

Arriving: There is no need to stress about arrival time, as there is noone there to welcome you anyway! The keys are in a locker with code. Just insist on getting the mail with instructions beforehand. There is a BIG problem with the gas and water heating system! When I arrived there was a gas leake(!) that was fixed with a paper cup and some tape(!). It did not fix the problem with the hot water, as it is just old and should have been replaced years ago. Manual for the Shower: The taps are old and flimsy, so they do not react immediately. 1. Turn on the cold water tap. No water flows. 2. Turn it on a bit more. No water flows. 3. Turn it on little more. Now the cold water flows full on. Now the cold water flow is to large to enable the gas and hot water to turn on… So now you have to: 4. Carefully turn the cold water tap down a little. You have to turn it down as little as possible, but enough so that the gas and hot water start. 5. Now turn the hot water tap as much as possible to turn on the gas and get hot water. 6. Wait a minute for the water to get hot. — If the water is not warm after a minute, the cold water flow was to large and you have to start over. — If the water gets hot, and maybe too hot, remember that YOU CAN NEVER INCREASE THE FLOW OF COLD WATER DURING THE SHOWER, AS THIS WILL TURN OFF THE GAS AND HOT WATER!! That is why it is so important to find the right level of cold water from the beginning! — If the water has gotten too hot — regulate by reducing the flow of HOT water! Remember that you CAN NOT increase the amount of cold water — as this will inevitably turn off the hot water, and you will have to start over! 7. If you have succeeded with the settings, you can now enjoy a moderately warm shower. I had maintenance twice for this problem. First they found the gas leake(!), but they say "this is normal"… The apartment is nice, but I would not return as long as this problem is not fixed!
