NZThe apartment was super clean and well equiped for us to enjoy our stay. As a family of 5 we had more than enough room and the living dining area were roomy and comfortable. The pool and common areas were kept exceptionally clean and tidy and the beautiful ocean view from the balcony was an added bonus :)
Only that it would be good to have swimming towels provided in the apartment. We went and bought some but when travelling it was not ideal. Language barrier was tricky with office staff at time but this was only because we do not speak Portuguese. Staff did make great attempts to help us using Google translate etc.

Udlejer kom en time for sent med nøglerne, samtidig kunne udlejer ikke kontaktes på telefon eller gennem Booking.com, vi ventede derfor ved lejemålet, uden at have nogen information om der overhovedet kom en med en nøgle som aftalt. Efter afrejse stiller udlejer krav om ekstrabetaling, fordi vi lod nøglen sidde indvendig i hoveddøren. I lejemålet var der sand og andet snavs på gulvet da vi ankom. Sengen er meget hårde.
