GBNine Dots is a great hotel - the staff are super friendly and helpful and even brought us a complimentary bottle of fizz for our anniversary. The breakfast was delicious, we got a complimentary cheese and wine tasting on arrival and loved the spa. I also really liked how they'd utilised local craftsmanship and organisations to decorate the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

SEAllt på hotellet var mycket genomtänkt, från den minsta lilla sak till större. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som bland annat introducerade hotellet, rummet och faciliteterna. Bra läge i Ponta Delgada centrum och ändå lugnt. Faktiskt ett av de bästa hotellen vi upplevt som passade oss mycket bra för vår vistelse.

La luminosidad del lavabo especialmente era muy limitada, necesitan poner más luces. El parking no estaba en el mismo edificio al ser calle peatonal, había que caminar 5 minutos y tenía un coste de 20€/noche. Si vais por el area wellness no sería mi opción escogida, y que el agua de la piscina no estaba demasiado caliente y solo tenía un baño de vapor como extra.
USThis hotel was TOP NOTCH from check in to check out. The staff was incredible. Everyone at the front desk was polite and personable, and we loved the quality of service. The breakfast was unbelievably delicious. It was a high point of the trip, in fact. The restaurant on the property (ETC. Osteria) is also wonderful. We absolutely loved the pool and spa area, the beautiful terrace, the art throughout the rooms and halls, and the clean, comfortable rooms and beds. If you are looking for a QUIET hotel with 5 star service and location, this is your spot! I will absolutely be coming back to stay here again. I'm already daydreaming about it!
